About/ Contacts
Nikita Lukyanov
Film director & creative concepts
La Confession
A series about personal obsessions.
The first one is about my love for paper rolls.
Cote&Ciel
Video ad for the French brand @coteetciel.
Green objects, pulled from
a backpack, form a playful,
abstract sequence — all framed
within
rock, paper, scissors
,
a game familiar to everyone
from childhood.
Ping Pong Head
A personal project about ping pong.
The centerpiece of this project
is a mock commercial for a ping
pong paddle shaped like a human
profile. A comedic mockumentary
where actor and comedian Mikhail
Kostretzov, playing a professor,
presents the paddle as a scientific
breakthrough,complete with
diagrams and theoretical
explanations.
Traffic cone,
stick, plastic bag
and brick walk
into a bar
Video project about the difference
between an
object
and a
thing
.
In this short film, four items reflect
on their purpose — and what it
means to be used, noticed, to exist
or even to feel alive.
Basics of video production
An ironic, handcrafted video guide to the essentials
of good film production. The work unfolds in five chapters:
coffee, the director’s chair, the mood board, the special frame
and the storyboard. Created for the commercial production
company
Working Title
.
Cultura eyewear
A series of four short surreal videos
created for an eyewear brand, each
featuring a head as the central
character placed within shifting
settings — a beach, an art gallery,
a construction zone and laundry lines.
Pool
A poetic video performance set in
an empty swimming pool. Lying on
a bench, I drift slowly forward — not
in water, but in thought. As I move,
fragments of inner monologue
appear on screen: Who am I?
Why am I floating?...
Balance
Concept video for the homepage
of design studio Skip, centered
around the idea of balance.
Air Form
A video created for a special project
on gender pay inequality. A hairdryer
with a small ping-pong ball
becomes a metaphor for fragility
and imbalance, symbolizing
the unequal conditions
faced by women and men.
